The Centre for Research and Applications of AI Technologies (C-RAAT) at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU), Karachi,
serves as a dynamic hub for Artificial Intelligence (AI) research, development, and practical application. C-RAAT aims to bridge global AI advancements with national specific needs through innovative solutions, educational initiatives, and collaborative efforts across academia, industry, and society
The acronym “C-RAAT” is pronounced “see-raat”, echoing the Urdu word صراط, meaning “path”
This reflects the Centre’s vision of paving the way for innovation, discovery, and responsible progress in Artificial Intelligence.
